Effective date: July 26, 2026
These terms govern your use of TailoredLoop, a shop-monitoring assistant that tracks online stores for products matching saved search criteria and scores candidates using AI. By using the service you agree to these terms.
You sign in with a Google account. Two plans are available:
If your account is moved from Premium back to Free, you keep permanent read access to every search you created while on Premium — none are deleted or hidden. Running is limited to your one-month free run window per search, same as any Free account: if you upgraded to Premium before that window had elapsed on your existing search, the unused portion of the window carries over and applies from the date you return to Free, rather than being lost during the time you were on Premium.
The administrator may promote any search to public status at any time and at their sole discretion, without notice to the search owner. Promotion is an ongoing status, not a one-time snapshot: once a search is promoted, that search and every run of it — past and future, for as long as the status remains in effect — is publicly visible to anyone visiting the site, except your personal layers — per-result feedback, pinned finds, reference products, the original request text behind the config, and learned preference notes — which remain visible only to you and the administrator. The administrator may also demote a search back to private at any time, which removes this public visibility going forward.
By using this service you acknowledge that your searches and their results may be made public in this way. Promotion does not affect your run window or your monthly run quota, on either plan.
You may use TailoredLoop for personal, non-commercial product discovery. You may not:
The service is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy of AI-scored results, or availability of any specific shop's product data. Results depend on what is publicly accessible on the web at the time of each run. Some retailer websites block automated page fetches outright, including shops you name as preferred. When that happens, that shop contributes no results for the run, regardless of whether it actually has matching products — this reflects the retailer's own access restrictions, not a fault in your search or a sign nothing was found.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.
If we make material changes to these terms, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
