TailoredLoop is a shop-monitoring assistant that tracks online stores for products matching saved search criteria and scores candidates using AI. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
Search criteria (category, material, sizes, price limits, preferred shops, etc.) and the products found are stored in Google Firestore. Searches are either private (visible only to their owner) or public (promoted by the administrator to be visible to all visitors of this site, including the public).
The administrator may promote any search to public status at any time and at their sole discretion, without notice to the search owner. When promoted, the search criteria and all results become publicly visible. By using this service you acknowledge this. See our Terms of Service for the full policy.
Product listings retrieved from shops are sent to Google Vertex AI (Gemini) for scoring and matching against search criteria. These requests contain only product descriptions and search criteria — no personal data is included.
When you sign in with Google, we store your Google account email address, display name, and profile picture URL in Google Firestore. This information is used solely to identify you across sessions and is not sold or used for advertising.
Visitors who do not sign in are not tracked and no personal information is collected from them.
All are subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
You can delete your account yourself: sign in, then click Delete account in the top bar. This immediately removes your personal data (email address, display name, and profile picture URL) from our systems.
Alternatively, email assistantderecherche@gmail.com and we will remove it within 30 days.
Search configurations and results are not personal data and are retained independently of any account deletion.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above.
